Technical support is handled by RPF Software directly, not through dealers. Please provide:
  1. ZipControl version number and License Key
  2. Operating System, version, and any significant Service/Fix Packs applied
  3. Java version and vendor
  4. file system type (FAT, HPFS, NTFS, ReiserFS, etc.)
  5. full text of any error messages that occur
  6. detailed description of the problem or suggestion
  7. steps to recreate the problem or how the suggestion should be implemented
  8. other programs running at the same time the problem occurs that might affect operation
  9. whether ZipControl worked correctly prior to some change
